70 years ago, people did not suspect that the photos would be stored in digital archives. They took pictures on tape, and then showed everything on paper. Many negatives have come down to our times, but they deteriorate over time, and unique photos disappear with them. The owner of the studio Cameraphoto in Venice and the keeper of a huge photo archive Vittorio Pavan wants to digitize old photos.
He argues that if this is not done, in the future we will lose more than 320,000 negatives, which capture the interesting moments of the 50s and 60s of the last century. Vittorio launched a campaign to raise funds to digitize and copy the photo archive of Venice. He collected a series of digitized images, which captured the legendary personality. So he clearly showed how much we can lose. Here we invite you to check out some of these amazing photos.
