OUR GUARANTEE/ RETURN POLICY: We offer an easy 30 day return policy on all purchases, with NO restocking fees.

We offer an easy 30 day return policy on purchases.
Simply email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send your item(s)back to us, in its original condition, and we will accommodate your request for a replacement item, store credit, or refund.

Of course, if the mistake is ours for any reason, we'll pay for return shipment.
Marked Closeout- non-returnable items, are not eligible for return guarantee, of course, unless defective, for exchange of same item. Such items will be clearly marked an non-returnable.
There are NO restocking fees.

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges, that have already been incurred.
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Please be mindful of the following details about returns:
For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Return Information:
1. We recommend that you ship your package INSURED to ensure safe arrival.
2. Please use ORIGINAL (or comparable) shipping box and shipping packaging to ensure arrival in NEW condition. .
3. Write RMA # Clearly on Outside of Box in black marker.
4. Returns & Exchanges must arrive in NEW, original condition, in their original full packaging.- Thank you!
5. Packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from purchase.
