The project was implemented in cooperation with the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
Company Lacoste will release a limited collection of polo shirts, where the crocodile on the logo of the brand will be replaced by representatives of ten endangered species of animals. In this case, the number of things with this or that image corresponds to the population of each species: for example, today in the world there are only 30 individuals of the Californian sea pig — exactly so many shirts with the image of this animal will go on sale. The total volume of the new collection is 1 775 polo shirts, writes Adweek.
Among the animals that will appear on the Lacoste logo are the Sumatran tiger, Saola, the Anegada Rock Iguana, Burmese roof turtles and the northern thin lemurs.
